Home Cleaning Advantage offers Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, and one-time cleanings to residential Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Apartments, and Small Commercial office space. For residential recurring customers, choose to have weekly, bi-weekly Basic-Maintenance cleaning. New customers may want to do an initial deep clean and then switch to basic maintenance cleaning. There are deep clean packages to choose from for kitchen only, kitchen/bath and a Basic Plus-Deep Clean package

BASIC PLUS - DEEP CLEAN: Plus Includes: Doors, Door Frames, Door Knobs, Light Switches, Blinds, Interior Windows, Windowsills, Interior glass doors, Exterior cabinets (K & B), and Baseboard cleaning. (Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning are NOT included)
> Clean and sanitize kitchen countertops, sink, faucet fixture, *wipe down backsplash, clean interior of microwave, wipe down the exterior of counter appliances, exterior of all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, and laundry room appliances).
> Clean/Wipe down eat-in kitchen and/or dining table & the chairs.
> Dust ceiling fans, accessible light fixtures, furniture, clean mirrors & glass top tables
> *Clean accessible window blinds, windowsills, interior window panes
> *Static dust all walls & corners for cobwebs
> *Dust and Clean accessible baseboards, doors, door frames, door knobs, and light switches.
> *Vacuum furniture cushions, Vacuum floor/carpet/area rugs.
> Clean, Sanitize Bathroom showers, tubs, counters, sinks, faucet, and toilet.
> Clean bathroom mirrors, dust light fixtures, blinds, windowsills, and baseboards
> *Clean exterior bathroom cabinets & draw facing, (interior cabinet & draws' on Move-in Move-out cleans ONLY, if empty)
> *Clean front entry glass door, and any other glass sliding or glass of French doors
> Sweep or vacuum and mop floors
> Empty all trash cans throughout the home (kitchen, office, bathrooms, etc.) place in outside trash or recycle receptacles
