Home Cleaning Advantage offers Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, and one-time cleanings to residential Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Apartments, and Small Commercial office space. For residential recurring customers, choose to have weekly, bi-weekly Basic-Maintenance cleaning. New customers may want to do an initial deep clean and then switch to basic maintenance cleaning. There are deep clean packages to choose from for kitchen only, kitchen/bath and a Basic Plus-Deep Clean package

KITCHEN & BATHROOM DEEP CLEAN PACKAGE: Kitchen choose to have either the Interior Oven or Interior Refrigerator cleaned (Not Both).           Only 1-2 (based on sizes) bathrooms are included in this package 

> Clean and sanitize countertops, sink, faucet fixture, wipe down backsplash, clean interior/exterior of microwave, wipe down the exterior of counter appliances, all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator).

> Clean stove tops and wipe off door front of oven

>  Clean Kitchen exterior cabinets and draws.

> Clean/Wipe down eat-in kitchen table & chairs.

> *Static dust walls & corners for cobwebs (in the kitchen and the bathrooms)

> Clean Bathroom exterior cabinets and draws.

>  Dust light fixtures, blinds, clean mirrors, and fixtures

>  Dust and Clean bathroom baseboards, doors, and door frames

>  Clean and Sanitize showers, bathtubs, counters, sinks and toilets.

>  *Clean accessible window blinds, windowsills, interior window panes

>  Sweep or vacuum and mop floors.

> Empty trash and place in outside trash or recycle receptacles
