Home Cleaning Advantage offers Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, and one-time cleanings to residential Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Apartments, and Small Commercial office space. For residential recurring customers, choose to have weekly, bi-weekly Basic-Maintenance cleaning. New customers may want to do an initial deep clean and then switch to basic maintenance cleaning. There are deep clean packages to choose from for kitchen only, kitchen/bath and a Basic Plus-Deep Clean package.

KITCHEN only DEEP CLEAN PACKAGE Includes the following

> Clean and sanitize countertops, sink, faucet fixture, wipe down backsplash, wipe down the exterior of counter appliances, all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator), and laundry room appliances.

> Clean backsplash 

> *Clean interior of Oven

> *Clean Interior of refrigerator

> *Clean exterior cabinets facings and draw fronts. (Interior of cabinets & draws on move in move out cleans ONLY, if empty)

> Clean interior & exterior of microwave, clean stove tops and oven glass door front

> Clean/Wipe down eat-in kitchen table & chairs.

> Dust ceiling fans (if applicable)

> Sweep or vacuum and mop floors.

> Empty trash and place in outside trash or recycle receptacles.
